Sorry to here that they didn't take care of the damage to your liking.
I was going to order several hundred $$ of parts from trdparts4u but F&^#* them. After reading this I'll take my business somewhere else.

The interent is a powerful weapon.

I would still call corporate and let them know the whole story and see what they can do. You might even try to call your insurance company if you already haven't. It never hurts to try....but I definiately wouldn't just accept it. Good luck

Is this the website for their dealership?

    http://toyota-dallas.com/Staff.aspx

If so, for some reason the people mentioned in this thread aren't listed on the website.

    Thanks.

I couldn't find the managers email addresses for Kelly and Collins so I emailed everyone else on their list, asking them to forward my email to Kelly and Collins. I asked Kelly to man up, grow up and do what's right and fix your truck properly like he promised he would or pay someone else to fix it.

Don't know if it will help or not but I feel better now. :D

    Cheers.

I'm so glad TW exist and there is a forum for things like this. Obviously this dealership is watching and knows what they did was wrong. It sounds like they haven't learned that making a customer happy is far cheaper and the best advertising you can possibly hope to have. Now they've gotten all this bad mojo on them (and justly so) and it won't be going away anytime soon.

You've done a good job of recording everything on here for the courts...and of course, TofD probably now has this stuff down in case it does go legal...

...Some advice for the future? Do NOT post anything like this in a public record area like a message board, get a lawyer involved immediately, and follow his/her advice. That's what you're paying them for.

    Pretty much stock
Personally i think trdparts4u.com should be boycotted. I know chris and phil did all they could but us not buying them ultimately effects the bottom line of the dealership. Just think everytime we buy something from them we are supporting and putting money in the pockets of this dealership and their crappy management.

    ....jus sayin' :crapstorm:

Hit 'em in the wallet. Trdparts4u gets recommended on here all the time, if everyone went a different route when ordering parts I'm sure it would make a dent (even if it's only a small one) in their bottom line.

    To each his own.

My local dealer just price matched a roof rack for what trdparts4u was selling it for on their site. All I did was showed it to them and they said ok. No more business for trdparts4u.

id buy local if i could...my local dealerships fight tooth and nail against me buying parts without them installing them...and they wont price match...

as these 2 threads are proof...chris and the parts dept are stand up folks...its the higher ups and service/body shop folks who are the problem...

It's a good idea to boycott. Horrible customer service like that should be taken care of right away. I say hit em where it hurts. It's a good way to help a fellow TW member out
