South Carolina BS thread under new MANAGEMENT and lives in SC

Ok y'all my bday is coming up and I want to get a small pistol for ccw. I've got it narrowed down to the shield or the g43. The shield is stupid cheap right now, but the glock is a glock.

Opinions?!?

 

Just bought the Shield .40,,over at Palmetto State,,,love it,,just my opinion. If you get one the 75.00 off takes a while to get, still waiting on mine,, 6-10 weeks per S&W

I decided to keep it. It's been giving me some issues but we're working through them. I have too many trucks, but fuck it. I couldn't watch someone else drive off in a truck I've had this long

 

I have both, come down here and you can shoot em. I like them equally, so with the cost of the shield now that would be my recommendation.

 

I REALLY like my Sig P938 for carry. It's pure badassedness. Several months ago, I bought a Ruger LCPII for summer carry. It's great too, but it's harder to shoot than the P938, but still pretty accurate for it's size.

That's why I'm on the fence. My other pistols are a g30s and a g21.

 

My wife carries a G42(380) and loves it. I really like it too, but my Sig is slightly smaller than the G42 and is 9mm. I will say...that G42 is as accurate as any carry pistol that I've ever shot.

 

Yeah, you need a 34 and either a 17L or 24
