Any photos of how you mounted it to the roof? Also any input on putting one on the factory rails?

I don't have any more pics of this set up this was when I first got the tent and it was like a wall down the highway being on the roof so it's now on a bedrack but in this picture it was sitting on a prinsudesign roof rack and bolted down with the hardware that came with the tent

Is that stock height or did you add a leveling kit?, I am just thinking 265/75-16, don't want to go higher since 95% of my driving is highway

they're cool but holy shit are they ever expensive
17k is a bit steep for a trailer, especially when there are much better off road trailers out there. This would probably be a bit better with kids and a wife that is afraid to get dirty etc. But otherwise there's plenty of others you just put a RTT on and would be much better on the trails as well.

Didn't realize these were canadian made though, 509 area code thats Waterloo area no?

They are made in Mead, WA.

I wish could build them cheaper but just can't. We are the only ones doing Timbren Axle-Les full air adjustable suspension which drive the costs up. As you know most legit "sleep in" off-road trailers being built sell for 15-30K once outfitted. Yes, very expensive but the cost to build these is far higher than a normal trailer. Not for everyone we get that ;)

I know the guys at 410 expedition, they have a youtube channel, made their own basically just got the trailer and built on it. Pretty cool one but still rather pricey.

They are cool though, there was another company that makes them that had them on show at the toronto sportsmen show. Really cool trailers and what not but just way too steep for me. Also need to have a place to park it when not using and that is again hard to come by where I live.
I would consider a rental type one for a long trip but even then.

Guess it comes to preference on camping as well though. I have no problem being in a ground tent, actually rather prefer it. And a lot of the trails are way too tight to allow for a trailer like that to be pulled behind you as well.
