Do what Tyler said, and if it is the motor, I have one if you need it.

Struggled to find a 75w-90 gear oil that was not synthetic or syn blend or has additives for limited slip. I need to order this stuff for when my tru trac install goes down later this month. I'm half tempted to buy the Toyota shit, but ho-lee-fuk is it expensive. I tried Wal Mart and nothing

I bought mine at Autozone: http://www.autozone.com/greases-and...formance-gear-oil-sae-75w-90-1-qt-/373222_0_0 I had to go to two different places to buy enough of them because I was doing both diffs and the transfer case at the same time.

I haven't tried that quite yet. Probably should so I can narrow it down. I'm just assuming it's the motor

I haven't put it back together yet, so hopefully it's something minor. Which would help a ton!

I may take you up on that offer

A few years back my driver side window wouldn't roll up, when I pulled the switch nothing happened, no sound etc. My initial thought was bad motor, but pulled the switch and cleaned the contacts, I haven't had a problem since.

Those are nice! How much? Is that a grey interior, hard to tell on my screen. Does the color match up nice? The fit seems to be excellent.

    Question.

Has anyone had good luck with HF floor jacks? I have one I bought (from pep boys I think) a while ago. It was fine for my cars, but was a total fail for the PreRunner.
I ended up needing to use the stock bottle jack.

So I was thinking of getting this one 3 Ton, 19 3/4 inch lift.

yeah mine did the same I just replaced the switch assembly. I took apart the old one just to look and all the contacts were corroded/smoky looking. The switch comes out easy without taking the door apart just lift the front piece of the plastic bezel that surrounds it towards the front of the truck then slide it forward. then you can disconnect the wire plug and take apart the switch.

I did get the window to go up previous to the switch replacement by hitting the door;) It was about to rain and I hoped the window motor wasnt the issue but I got the window up in time.
