    So

LOTS of fun to be had

installed the ARB Compressor under the hood, just behind the fuse box (Insert photo when i get off the couch)
Put the air tank under the bed at the back
Air chuck in the rear bumper

    Removed the stock exhaust
[IMG]Old Stock by Grant Wilson, on Flickr
and put on the MBRP Stainless Black exhaust

Sound is mild, not really annoying at all. I will be doing a video once it breaks in.

Got me some Go Treads and a Blue Ridge Overland Gear Bag for them as well as some other bags that ill throw out in another post update about all the bags i carry and whats in them.

The best part. They fit perfect behind the passenger rear seat!

Changed the oil today at 9,800mi. Added a Fumoto valve and refilled with Mobil 1 0w-20. I'll be sending the sample out to Blackstone to have the oil analyzed.

I love the sound... I can't go very far with the stock exhaust. Everytime i crank the truck up i miss it.

Sounds like a scooter when it cranks up right now, after the 40... It hits puberty and sounds like a full grown truck LOL

I Will post pics after it's done, there are already some pics in this thread, somewhere, of the white 3rd gen in my avatar with the 40... And a video clip iirc... But no video on YouTube accurately portrays an exhaust sound if you ask me...

You either love it Or hate it i reckon... It's definitely noticeable inside the cab but nothing like glasspacks... That's too much for me there... Just a low deep growl that let's you know the truck Is alive!

This. If i didn't need a bed i would possibly own the 4Runner. The SR5 4 runner... I like the fronts better than the limited trim.

I just need to talk my wife into getting the 4runner so i can have both lol

I blacked out my pinch weld. It's been bugging me ever since I sold my predator steps off the truck. It's definitely more impactful in photos. Now for sliders.

Also, I ordered a complete Fox 2.5 setup with resi and Dakar pack from Headstrong. Not a bad day.

Thanks for the compliment! Not a private boat ramp, my son is actually driving out the ramp as I'm backing the boat into the water! LOL

Carried home 38 bags of mulch from the local depot. At 40 lbs per bag that comes out to 1520 lbs in the back of the truck. Truck handled it great, only hit the bump stops twice on the 4 mile ride home. This truck once again amazes me with all the things one can do with it.

Finally got around to programming tpms in new tires into ATEQ tool and truck, installed small d rings on just about every screw in bed and made up some stainless steel locking covers for bed storage boxes. Still have to see if any tweaking is needed on the bottom tabs when it stops raining.IMG_20170528_184337880[1].jpg IMG_20170528_184211752[1].jpg IMG_20170528_184221138[1].jpg IMG_20170528_183542396[1].jpg

I like the idea of the reverse anytime mod.. Was it hard to install?

I suck at electrical stuff and wiring...

    Haha!!

My bad... I just had to deal with a guy parking his little hatchback smart car thing in the middle of a local public ramp here 2 weeks ago... Took me an extra hour to get on the water and the worse part was he didn't even have a boat... He Was hiking the river bank... And his little car could of fit anywhere... 20 feet away was perfect parking...

I wasn't polite about it when he showed up... Guess I'm still bothered lmao...

Again sorry for jumping to conclusions!

I don't think this is the one you're talking about, but I know this person is releasing this one sometime in June.. or was, last I heard. It's injection molded ABS plastic. Been patiently awaiting the day they go up for sale.. and hopes that there are other screw colors than red.. because I'd prefer blue, or just black.

Edit: Dug around and did a little googling for the forum member.. @AJT DESIGN The last group buy that was done for cases looked absolutely amazing!
