Not as well as I had hoped. With the auto I think I should have gone with 4.88's.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
    We will remember them.

Thanks. After comparing with some Google results I can confirm that they look like rokblokz. Those things aren't cheap! $250 CAD is the cheapest I can find them shipped... if I can find some decent semi-flexible material to use I might try to make my own. It'd be nice to not get hassled by law enforcement and save my new HC bumper from rock chips at the same time.

I didn't think they were that expensive. @VangaSTL is this what they run or do you know a better place to get them?

Agreed, I know I didn't pay that much for them. I'll go out to the shop tomorrow and grab the package insert with the company details for you.

Rokblokz are usually anywhere from $80 to $150 depending on configuration. I have searched and searched and was never able to find anything that compares to the quality and customer service of RokBlokz

Yeah, $150 for the set is what I saw. After currency conversion and shipping that's $250 CAD though. Checked a few places online and they were $280 or more... I found some 3/8" rubber mudflaps locally that I am going to cut down. They're 24*36 so I've got a lot of material to work with.

Got the manufacturers details off of the package. These are allot less expensive that the other ones and you get to drill your own mounting holes so you can line them up where you want.

Had a good "father-son" moment today. Son asked me to keep the Tacoma so he could drive it when he gets older. He's seven now.

I now have one of each and have to decide if I'm going to install the 05-11 iPad mini mount, or search for a 12-15 to install the other one in and sell this Tacoma.

Yeah right, keeping this one forever-ish.

Had to bail on plans to go help the guys in St. Louis today as I can't quit coughing and it's killing my back. Instead I decided to start sorting out some of the 100,000 mile maintenance parts I want to get and searched for the "Inland Empire 211590-1XS Driveshaft Center Bearing Support Bearing ID: 1.181" that I missed on the group buy that closed last year. Turns out that Jegs has them for right around what the group buy price was with free shipping so no tears there.

Ordering new CV axles soon as well.

With the help of @MO Tacoma I've got my limb risers built and installed.

Chief of police asked me what they were for and I told him that they help keep the protesters off the windshield. He drove off laughing.

Looks nice! Wonder if you can find some black wire instead of the silver that would clean them up a blend them in better?

Probably not as it's all marine grade stainless. It will lose a bit of luster after some time being exposed. I already don't see them when driving unless I look for them.
