Always balance dynamic as static can cause steering wheel shimmy. Road force is not needed unless you're chasing a problem tire. Try and get them to use stick-on weights to save the wheel finish.

My milwalkee m18 w impact torx bits, torque wrench w 6 ft breaker bar, tons of pb blaster, etc hasnt helped. angle grinder time
