yes they do. i haven't figured out how to get the ones just below the vent out yet. but the second row, you just take out the coin tray and pop them out.

    None yet! It's new!
They come out kind of hard if you're not pushing them from behind. If you use a little screwdriver to pry them out, be careful not to ding the dash alongside the blank.

or drill a small hole in it insert an L shape allen key and pop it out, you'll be replacing it with a switch anyways.

Camper top with racks, Custom fogs behind lower bumper. Interior LED lighting, Rock Lights, Hella 500s with upraged bulbs behind black billet grill, AAL, Front 5100s
I just put a screw part way in the middle one then pulled it out. From there you can get to the other two.

I know I'm an idiot but I'm gona ask anyway. What is the point of the fog light on anytime, which is what the fog light switch is for, I guess. So why do you want the fog lights on anytime ?

It becomes a daytime running light, which is safer. Some people doubt that, but I'm in the believer's club. Anything that might prevent some idiot from hitting me is a good thing.

The dealer calls them "spare switch hole covers", thats the only place I know that you can get them. Around $4-5ish. Unless you find one for sale in the classified section here, usually people are looking to buy them though.

Use something with plastic on the end. Less chance of bending the plastic(the blank) when it's plastic on plastic, instead of metal on plastic.

To get the top row out, pop one of the bottom row switches or blanks out by reaching though the coin tray opening, then reach through the switch hole(s) and pop one out up top. Then pop the others out through that hole if needed. If you are built like a gorrila with sausage fingers this might not work for you though.
