That one was the biggest that year; obviously a King ... neighborhood of 40-50 lbs I'd guess. The Reds average 1/4 to 1/3 the King size (10 to 20 lbs).

Get them while you can. 3 uncontrolled nuclear meltdowns won't help much.

Ugh. Already emailing parts list to supply house for moms house since I have to stop there this am to pick up stuff for other job. And contacting mom and electrician and wife over stuff to be done.

Morning all. I like this "start the work week on Tuesday" thing. I'd be even better with "end on Thursday"

SITREP: Fluids changed in the Kodiak (the one I'm liquidating to offset paying the "suit") ... I forgot what a PITA the spring-loaded screen retention drain plug is on that one. Quite a few expletives later, mission complete. Had to break out my construction work lights as well ... I think the switch went bad for the overhead fluorescents ... gonna head over to Lowes when they open in 2 1/2 hrs. Decided to put off the Grizzly 'til later or maybe even tomorrow.

Maybe a short nap on the couch in a bit... Shadow needs some cuddles as I think my expletives may have rattled her a bit.

Good morning. Hope everyone's coffee maker is working and making plenty.

Nope. Doesn't look like the fishing is that good past there. And not hunting mountain goats.

I caught a 44 lb. King in Wa. State on a fly rod many years ago. Largest FW fish I caught to this day. Heard the Salmon fishing in Wa. has gone downhill since then I need to make a trip to Alaska. Looks like a great time to me!! And this is why you have a chamber vacuum sealer... Yeah I would too if I lived where you do

This week I am taking Friday off so it is a 3 day work week for me. Already thinking I could get used to that pretty fast. Or being retired. Work starts in 2 minutes and counting.
