    Oh! It's done.

Numbers are meh...not quite what everyone suggested. Wasn't able to speak directly with the tech that did the job, so not really sure if what I told the child at the counter was passed along.

But, the tries don't make that shitty sound anymore, truck drives mostly straight. Light pull to the right, but nothing a good pothole won't straighten up

My alignment was much the same.

Never had any tire wear issues, drove straight 95% of the time.. no issues for me even 40k miles later. I also didn't have cash for UCAs and was trying to avoid needing them in the first place.

So.. you'll probably be ok. Watch the tire wear on rotations since that can be expensive.

Until I stuff the tires, I won't know if I rub the UCA or not. But I kinda doubt I will.

When it's time for tires, I know this: getting P rated instead of LT with all the on-road driving I do and if I get silly with armor and a bed rack. All the extra weight wears on the 2.7.
Unless these Grabbers impress the fuck outta me and wear very little over a good length of time.

    I love my Cooper ATP.

Kinda look like bitch tires if you look at the sidewall, but the tread is a nice AT design and they've done great on the truck and the 4Runner. Not expensive, and I probably would've gotten 50k out of them without issues on the Tacoma.

I searched for a year and a half to find a good AT for the 2.7 (lightweight).. ended up going with Hankook Dynapro ATM RF10s in 265/75/16 and then shit canned those (after a total of 6 Hankook's - all defective) 7 months later for the Cooper ATP in the same size.

Hankook's had a nicer sidewall lug, and tread pattern is pretty similar. I'd really recommend the Cooper ATP or the AT3 though, it's been a great tire.. had to get them on the Runner.

I might try a Duratrac next because it comes in a P 285, or I'll try a 255/80. Right now I'm running ATPs in 255/75/17 and dig this size too, wouldn't mind a little more height overall. Just not sure I want to sacrifice fuel economy for the wider 285.

Shopping for tires blows. My truck was an auto so a bit more temperamental on tire weight than your MT, so hopefully you have more options. 265s made my truck dog out, even with lighter weight tires.

I did have 4.10s in the rear, though. Assuming your manual has a 3.73 or something?

Ah, fuck it. I'm skipping leg day until these lose tread life, money falls into my lap, or I find a killer deal on other tires.

I really don't think it looks too bad without larger tires. For now. But I still want/need ground clearance, and that comes from tires more than suspension

Anyone know of a flushmount LED pod that is more shallow than 3.5"?

I had @Iggy LEDs on my Tacoma, and 2 different sets of flush mounts.

Maybe he'll chime in with his depth. I think it might be closer to 3".

Could be on his website, also..

    They're all flush mountable. :)

Flush mount face is a direct replacement bezel.

He lives about 30 min from me.
