Looking at upgrading my suspension and lifting the truck 2015 dcsb
    Parts from headstrong

Bilstein 5100 front shocks with 885 coils
    deaver aal 1.5-2.0 inches
driver side spacer for taco lean
    Rear shocks bilstein??
Looking for a 3 inch front 2 inch rear lift.

One question tho do i need to go with extended shocks or just stay with the standard. Will be upgrading uca when funds allow.

If you're going for 3" in the front you should factor UCAs in now or you might very well run into alignment issues. SPC and I believe JBA make affordable adjustable ball-joint UCAs for 2nd gens.

    This.
as far as the rear shocks go, i got the 5100 in the rear with the wheelers 3 leaf AAL 1.5-2"
id say you're good with 5100

best thing you can do is call and talk with marie before ordering. She knows more about lifting the trucks than most people here

Nah, you most likely won't need new UCAs. I ran this exact set up and it got me ~2.5" in the front and aligned just fine on stock UCAs. I also didn't bother with the drivers side spacer. The 5100s that HS will be sending you will work just fine. I'm assuming you're buying their complete package?

save your money and just get icons/kings or fox's so you do not have to lift your truck again.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with a budget minded lift. I was perfectly happy when I ran this set up. Is Icon/King/Fox better? Of course. Will this fit the needs of 95% of people? You betcha.

Nope, I sold my truck. I'm in the market for another one though and I fully plan on going with the Bilstein lift again (possibly OME). The fact that I don't have to worry about rebuilding them is a huge factor.

Yep. I'd rather replace a shock with a shiny new one every 80-100k than rebuild it every ~50k, or however long they go ( I know it's a shorter time period). What if that's someones daily driver? Much easier to replace suspension in a few hours as opposed to be without suspension at all for a week or two while they be rebuilt. Again, this can be solved with a second set of cheap suspension, but overall it's more of a hassle than just replacing every so often.
