    I would think you would want the drain plug to be the failure point. If you make it harder and accidentally cross thread it, you could damage the threads in the oil pan. Just my .02.

    I don't know if CAD would corelate to CNC, but I have several friends great with CAD, one of whom is a professor for it at Trident. Looks like I got a project to get started on.

    I used to get all kinds of stuff made in CAD with 3D printing when I was still active in the car side of the world. My brother is a machinist but he's an operator, not a programmer. So I need a program file created then he can make them.
