Makes a big difference. Just installed mine a month ago. Rides the same and looks tough.

The only problem I ran into besides getting hot, it was almost 90 degrees and hardly any breeze! The instructions clearly tell you to place the Low range offroad stickers to the outside, I couldn't get them where they would show outside, by turning the strut 180 degrees it fit, only thing I can figure is they placed the stickers wrong! I checked the height on 3 or 4 places and it was all the same, go figure!

If your doing this with jack stands and a floor jack make sure your using jack stands that will go high enough, I used 6 ton jack stands (37.95 on ebay), and a jack that will lift up to 23" high, working on the rear end without removing the rear wheels will require it be raised very high, just a heads up for those doing there own install.

Yup true need to go very high. I live in the sticks so we use wooden blocks had to use quite a few and kept jacking the truck up. It worked did the job!

The rear lift blocks are machined smaller on one end to rotate the rear Diff to help prevent vibration! Hope that helps

Do it before you do everything else while you have it apart, just from what I have heard, I will be doing this down the road when I put my leveling kit on..

Cool. I may look into it. Sounds like a long day but I'd have the help of my dad and his friend (who's a mechanic and has more than enough proper tools)
