I was hoping to have my front end project done before this, but just looking at the calendar it might not be the case.

    Need to:
    - reboot both CVs (replace seals and refill diff)
    - remove and replace LCA bushings
    - replace steering rack sleeve / bushings
    - clean, prep, and paint old wheels for new tires and mount tires

Maybe I'll bring this stuff to do at the meet.

I know @Darth_Yota is bringing his welder, but I may bring mine as well for shits and giggles.

@Nicetacobro do you have 220v outlets?

Thats a negative, i was hoping to have my electrical done in the shed by then but dont think that will be the case. Im thinking it will be more like extension cord running from the house.

Sounds like I could bring my extension cord and we may have something to work with. I'm not sure if cam is gonna have a generator or not.

That might work. I have two free weekends before this meet, but I also need to finish the chicken coop! I think the 17th would be the only day I could make that work.

    Nice coop.

We talk about almost every year, but always wonder what the dog will do. We had a St. Bernard and we learned he liked chicken, how it was prepped or not, didn't matter.

Looks like I'll be able to make it down for this. My work schedule for the summer changed to mon, tues, wed.

I have a full garage of tools, welder etc. I can bring stuff if people need it.

Also I'd be up for wheeling in the morning if anyone wants to.

Sounds like it should be easy to acquire some, then.

I'm sure that a little Asian chick chasing somebody's chickens around their yard with a burlap sack won't strike anybody as at all unusual, haha!

ok so as it is about 3 weeks away and i will be out of the country for 8 days of that with limited internet access. just a quick thought and recap on food.

i will be smoking the pulled pork, i picked up the hot dogs and burgers this past weekend and they are in the chest freezer. i will also have some baked beans going. Sherri will be making a coleslaw.
as previously mentioned i will have a porter jon onsite as this will be a outdoor only event.

OK FOLKS THIS IS WERE U COME IN
@mach1man001 u have said u will bring soda and water if you can still do that would be great. ( i can have coolers and ice onsite waiting )
@jpereira2 u said u could bring buns which would be a great thing if u could grab the burger and hotdog buns.

if anyone is interested in bringing paper goods ( plates, forks/spoons, napkins) that would be greatly appreciated
also if anybody wants to bring any additional food for the grill that is great but not a necessity

other than that i am limited to about 15-20 chairs so feel free to bring ur own lawn chair
and if anybody has any of those sun shade tents or lawn game type of things that may be a good thing to bring also.
The last time i did a head count we were @ around 40 rigs :dancingbacon: but im sure this number will drop as some ppl will back out

i think that covers most of it but am sure im forgetting somthing

also please do not say u will bring something unless u are 100% sure u will be attending

itll be here before we no it so lets fiqure these details out and hope for great weather!!!!!!!
