I don't know if the 3rd gen uses the same setup. I would assume it doesn't considering the differences in the stock suspension.

I'm going solid axle, don't want LT.

That's a very good price if someone wanted full LT.

    Man, that looks so familiar.

I just knew that there must have been a big pile up on I 65 South but all I saw was one small car in the grass in the median. It was just before the Airport Marine exit where the small prop planes are. Did not appear to be any damage.

Just really no explanation for the bumper to bumper stop and go traffic. I just knew it was going to get better after passing the 459 Overpass and told my wife this should be cleared up by exit 247 Valley Dale Rd. WRONG.

People have a serious problem rubber necking around here. I have seen traffic dead stop going south because of a small fender bender on the north bound side.

I'm not sure what sound you are referring to? Do you have a time spot on the video?

Nope I just watched portions of it, it's the squeaky shoe sound haha. I have no idea what that sound is. I can tell you if I ever own a GoPro (this was a buddys) I will have one of the sticks for it, that one was sitting basically in the palm of my hand the whole time.

Might have bit off more than I can chew on this 1987 4runner restomod. I've included all rust spots, I have a pickup I can cut the fenderwell out of and weld on the 4runner. I cant do it maybe a friend can, unfortunately I'm going to have to find another 4runner to cut the other portions from if that's the best way, I'm not sure what the best way is. Frame doesn't have anything more than surface rust where welding was done at some point removing ifs.

The thing only has one dent so I'm guessing it was never off-road hard.

Anyone need a way to burn some time feel free to help. I've either gotta clean the basement out from other people's stuff or build a shop my brother keeps talking about. Running out of room.

I wanna do a frame off restore, but I'm thinking I'll just clean spots on frame and repaint it while it has the 3" body lift on and when done with frame ill remove it.

Someone's already ran the TDI wiring harness to where it needs to be. The transmissions also been moved up two inches to help with clearance. So I'll have to use electric fan I'm sure which I would've done for simplicity anyways.

This thing to be an 87 has a lot of features.

I probably need to post on one of the 4runner forums for more insight.

If anyone has parts to give away I'll take them.

Came with these intercos and engines of course as well as adapter plate and marlin crawler new clutch.

As my brother said i have more TDI parts now than most shops that work on tdi's. My Daily BRM 5speed, 1 manual ALH engine with 45k miles on it, another manual ALH engine and 2 Auto ALH engines. Of course the auto has bigger injection pump the manual has larger injector nozzles, combine the two and roll coal. Lol

I also have an assortment of toyota 4x4 parts. Like I said space is becoming limited.

Borrowed a tent from a buddy for our camping trip tonight. It seemed rather bulky when I picked it up so I decided to look it up online. Magellan Yukon 2 tent. It's freaking HUGE! 20X9 with a screened in porch! Good lord. Watching me putting this up will funnier than watching me doing my AAL install!
