Holy shit..

I will prob be picking up a M101 soon. Im tired of tearing everything down just to go trail riding or anything for that matter lol

 

How long does it take to set up or rare down the typical RTT I'm looking to get one primarily for ease of set up... lol

 

About 5 minutes max for me. That's also stopping to grab a beer (on set up)

 

How about to take down? Also what tent do you have

 

Yup, about 5 mins setup, about 10 to tear down (I take my time so I'm not zipping up any of the tent fabric). Tepui Autana Sky.

 

Less than 10 for sure but that includes taking everything out of the tent like sleeping bag, pillow and backpack. Tepui Ayer

 

I'll usually keep sleeping bag and pillow in the tent. Just flatten them out and fold up the tent!

 

I'm with my boy Josh.

5 minutes to set up, 10 to take down due to having to stuff fabric. I leave my bag and pillows in mine, though. That's just the tent, not the annex, btw.

I have the Tepui Gran Sabana, now the Autana XL.

 

so fast that non-owners get jealous seeing it in action and start researching RTT's on the trip home

Looks like a great setup, not to big.

 

Ive been wondering about this type of trailer setup. When you are ready to camp, do you have some way to keep the RTT from tipping when you unhook the trailer from the truck? Im a noob on trailers so I have no idea if they have some type of stabilizing arm for when its in camp mode.

most have 2-4 jacks at various points so that the trailer can be leveled and stabilized.

 

I want that except on a M1101..

I have 2 stabilizer jacks that fold down in the rear, and the front jack on the tongue

Friend of mines military generator trailer

 

Recommendations for 2 person sleeping bag or singles or sheets and blankets for RTT. Also lighting inside what do you guys use?

 

I didnt think about kayaks.. my girlfriend is trying to get me into it but i like the inflatable ones so i may be able to get away with it
