My dad just got a Hobart EZ tig 165i and I'm gonna start messing around on that. If I can get decent at it quickly I'll probably buy one for my house. It seems like a great bang for your buck machine!

Appreciate it. When I get back from Michigan I'll be getting with @allenfab to get my bars done

Damn that's a tongue on that thing. Quick 1"7/8 coupler to move it for tonight. Need the garage and had to pull it to a neighbors shop

Will be back in the garage soon. Rtt has been shipped. Picked up the tube for the rack. Just need @allenfab to bend it up for me

Would you rather have the bars detachable or solid welded for the rtt. I'm in a debate with myself on this one

Main concern with bolt on is going to be using a riv-nut and have water getting into the main tube.

Can you weld in receivers into your trailer, so the crossbars just drop in? That way they are easy in and out and you can use the receivers for other things. If your spacing will work, you could take the crossbars out and turn then 1/4 and put them back in to keep them out of the way and still on the trailer.

The bars are at a angle. They would be slanted a little thinking to do like most bed bars with some angle and use my riv nut tool to put threads in the main tube

You could always weld on a 6" tube to the bars to make them straight, so they would insert into the receivers.
