I really did love my Tacoma even with all of its flaws that irked me, and I'd have driven the fucking wheels off of it had the wreck not happen. Ultimately I just couldn't bring myself to getting another one.

    Just got home with this:

I'll be around from time to time. This is a great website and I support all mods and weird interactions with strangers here. Good luck with your Tacos, new and old.

Trailer blowout on I-10 in West Texas caused the trailer to come around on me, basically. Rolled one full time per my memory and would have been more had the trailer safety chains not stopped me. Doing just fine. It was my dog and I and we both walked away without a scratch somehow.

Tacoma also didn't have the ass to keep the wheels on the pavement after a cargo trailer blowout, but that's neither here nor there.

Wow. That's insane. Crazy I bet. F150 will tow a lot better. Not saying the ford would of prevented this but my Tacoma tends to bounce around a lot more than my f150 ever did. Not to mention the power of the ecoboost. Assuming that's what you got.

Glad you're ok! You're dog too! I couldn't imagine being in a roll over. None the less with a trailer attached

Somehow without a scratch. The Tacoma did its job. Hopefully you'll never find out if the Ford can do the same.

The Ford F-150 has a 5 star safety rating (better than the Tacoma) and it will tow better. I think he will be even better off.

Glad to hear you and the pup walked away healthy.1

I hope you enjoy the Ford. I test drove a F150 Lariat before deciding on my Pro, and it was a tough call indeed. They each had areas I preferred one over the other. 1
