Give me a little bit to scrounge up the cash to get some of this. Though don't I need a smoker to try this on meat?

Nope! It works great regardless of how you cook the meat. We're a BBQ team, so naturally it gets used on the smoker a lot, but pan fried pork chops, grilled fish, crock pot recipes, etc., are all good options as well!

Updated list along with noting payments that have been made.

If you don't see your name on the list or I haven't listed you as paid, let me know!

I will say that we've been tucking away a few bucks here and there to work on a second rub. Wayyyy early stages of development, but this group buy will be mostly reinvested in to R&D!

Too poor to list anything interesting.
For real. I'd love a crawfish seasoning for next year.

Next step for an "all new" rub is a very savory rub for folks that typically do S&P on beef. Think SPOG with a BBQ spice flavor thrown in while promoting a good bark and deep smoke ring.

We've also had requests for a spicy version of the Rub-a-Dub. That's a little easier, but we want to make sure we aren't changing the flavor profile of the rub at all when the extra heat is added.

I'm certainly happy to entertain the idea of a cajun/seafood rub. We'll have to see. Version 1.0 of Rub-a-Dub was created about 8 years ago . Granted, we're much more invested (both time and money) than back then, so newer stuff wouldn't take that long, but we don't do anything hastily!

    Sorry for overlooking this question!

I go pretty heavy on ribs and did about 6 racks with just shy of a pound of the stuff. That includes reapplying during the cooking process, just before the wrap.

It's hard to quantify, but hopefully that gives you an idea.
