Tacos in St. Louis area

Can anyone with a 3rd gen confirm something for me? My truck came with the OE183 navigation sd card. Looking to upgrade to the OE184 but don't want to spend the money if it doesn't have the page extension on it. Can someone with a newer 3rd gen check to see what variation card they have and confirm if it has the page extension?

Theres a Micro SD slot on the botton right of your entune head unit, press on the right side of the cover to release the cover, push in on the Micro SD card inside the slot to release the card, use your thumbnail to pull out the card and the part number will be printed on the card, it will say OE183 or OE184. To re-insert push the card back into the slot until you hear a slight click indicating it is locked into position. If it is a OE184 pull up your maps and check to see if the page extension is updated on your maps. on the OE183 card they have the MO-364 ending at MO-94 West. Since I'm moving out that way I'd like to have an updated maps.

They come out with new cards every October so if you truck was manufactured pre October 2016 my guess is you will have OE183

I have the 184 and it has the Page Extension on it.

I will take some pics tomorrow. It is dark right now. It looks brand new though except for a dime sized spot of tree sap, which can be easily removed. The truck has been in the garage.

 

Curious if anyone here has experience with the Lou Fusz Toyota Collision Center on Manchester?

Anyone out there have any other recommendations for a body shop that will fix things the right way the first time? (In other words: Treat my Taco like it is their own)

 

I actually have experience with that Lou Fusz collision center. They did the work on my Scion xB when I hit an animal several years ago. I thought they did a great job and it looked good as new.

I don't recommend ABRA auto and glass. They did my Tacoma last year and it's not right. The fit and finish are off and it bugs the hell out of me. I need to go by there and have them make it right.

Ya I used to work for Toyota and knew the guys at the collision center really well. Good guys that get the job done right the first time. If your still skeptical, check out Spirit West Motor Carriage in Ballwin. They are in my opinion the best in St. Louis.

 

I've never actually seen that. All I've seen is the purchase of sd cards. Didn't know you could update your existing cards.

 

Was able to get squeezed in for an appt. at Lou Fusz Toyota. Was comfortable enough to leave it there, which is great since I am flying over the pond tomorrow for two weeks. Slight chance they may have it done when I get back. (Thanks for the comments above.)
