You did, but it's even rarer than these trucks.

The Quicksand 4Runner is the TRD Pro 2016 year model only. So only a Pro, and only in 2016. Very few made.

Tundra, 4runner and FJ have rocked quicksand, but it looks best on the Taco!

 

I agree. It's a color that looks better on certain vehicles, and it certainly looks best on the Tacoma, then 4Runner, then Tundra IMO.

 

That color is great on those rigs but IMO the FJ rocks it best.

 

To be honest, the FJ always looks good.
I see a quicksand FJ from time to time, but the Tacoma wears it better IMO.

 

I found one driving around a few days ago.

 

Got my retro hood stripes put on today. Now my boys match like the should.

I like my QS Color because it AIN'T Silver, White, Black, Maroon, Blue, or Every Color of Everything that Everyone Else Has! I think it might hide Dirt and Swirl Marks better than most - I went from the Silver Camry to the Sporty Quicksand! I still like it . . . but I'm an old fart, and like to have different things than what all the other dealers pawn off! You probably won't see a Quicksand Corvette or a QS-F150! It's going to be fine for Old RodeDog!

 

I decided that my grille had too much chrome so I searched around and decided to black out the grille. I can't remember who first did it the same way but you know who you are so thanks! Sorry about the picture but the great fireball in the sky was in the wrong spot!
