No doubt! I know my role. Go to work and provide for them. And I'm totally fine with it too!

Howling. Talking. At 3 am. They all do it. It's not an age thing. I love them. But not so much at 3am...

Ronald just turned 3 and just figured out he can wake us. Literally just started doing it over the last few months. My wife thinks it's because we have a room mate now and he can't get into her room, her door is always closed and he used to sleep there? Who knows.

I buy big storage totes (like 60gal or whatever...~2ft wide and 3ft long) then put the litter box on one end and cut out the other for them to get in since one of mine cant pee straight down.

Put the lid on it and it's its own little cave

That's correct sir. 10 yrs straight having a cat with kidney issues I learned the tricks.

This is how Ozzy got his name. He was named Salem but didn't answer to it and I suggested Ozzy b/c he is so loud. I swear his first night he let out a howl like his namesake in "Bark at the Moon" at 1AM. Very chatty cat and even more then since he was just fixed.

With four in/outdoor cats, this is my litter box. And I keep it in the giant garden tub we never use. Works great for 'accidents' outside the box.

This house I'm in doesn't have any type of closets so I built a little box to go over it. Essentially it's a blanket box with a smaller hole for them to walk through then one of the short sides opens up to pull the litter out. Used one of those Kingsford charcoal caddy which fits about 40lb of litter, then the tub. Works out to just about a 2'x4' box and you wouldn't know that's where the cats shit at.

My cats are 7 and two are 6 years old. I have noticed that as the years go by they are getting more and more friendly. Two are very much lap cats and the other is coming around. Having three girl cats makes it challenging as my oldest and youngest tend to be mean to each other and my youngest stock the oldest and attacks her every once and a while. Don't know how to break her of that but she can be mean. I try to play her out, but when you pet her she is real friendly but kinda goes into hunt mode after a few.

Abigail now has 4 yes FOUR litter boxes. She's the only cat we have...

Wife put another litter box close to where she was pissing yesterday morning. So far *knock on wood* no pee outside the box.

Roughly 6 pees inside the boxes (various ones) and a few #2's lol

What kind of litter are you using that smells worse then the floor:). Kidding. We switched to smart cat (grass based) and get it from chewy.com it is a little expensive but goes a long way and the three girls just line up to get in it. We have two litter boxes for three. They all think their poop does not stink. NOT! looks like poop, smells like poop. Its Poop. No Potato nuggets on our floors, well unless they drag it out when the clingons show up.. I think it is telling you to get another cat:)
