Talk to me when it's trifocal .... and then, keep the bifocals and get a separate medium strength pair for computer, etc.
    ... trust me. ;)

    EDIT: My bifocals are progressive...

I cannot stress this enough ... do not get trifocals ... 'bout wore my neck out tilting up/down to find the extremely narrow focus point ... :notsure:

:anonymous: I have these and :annoyed: Yeah, don't get why it has to be such a tiny spot - make it go the whole way across. Been debating getting a pair like that.

LoL ... when I complained to my eye doctor (couple years back now) he said, "oh, you need to do what I do, just get a separate pair for just computer and office work." Really had to bite my tongue to not ask WTH he didn't tell me that when they set me up for the trifocals the year before.

For those who want to camp out and do not want a big RV or a RTT they are pricey at least the one I saw here at an RV place . I have pictures of that one but you can go here https://www.sylvansport.com/ and see them.

Been wearing trifocals for a number of years now for work. The trick is to have large lenses so it doesn't have that narrow spot. The skinny fashion ones don't work, you need a large surface area for trifocals to work.

Hated them when I first got them. Wore them out of the building and damn near fell on my face stepping off the curb. After enough use don't even think about it. But it does take time.

I have almost 1k invested in Post 4 Optic shooting glasses and lenses :anonymous: Mike the owner does the best grind on lenses of shooting glasses that I have found yet.

Almost all of my sunglasses are Serengeti. Still pissed at Corning Glass Works, excuse me it is now Corning Glass, for selling off the Serengeti line to Bushnell. Just like they sold off Corelle. But still purchase both.

My grandfather was a ceramic engineer at Corning and I was supposed to follow in his footsteps. When I went to Alfred for Ceramic Engineering he gave me his slide rule. When I decided to join the Navy and be a Nuke instead he asked for it back. A lot of my family worked for Corning.

Shot sporting clays tonight, left work at 4 after dropping a bomb and just finished the emails to keep everyone jumping. Off tomorrow but will connect in the morning to watch the fallout. And will not reply until Monday morning if I can keep my cool. It is the little things, even though I still hold my breath before I hit send.

On the last station shooting tonight had to wait for a squad to finish shooting. Was a rough double and no one did better than 50%. Everyone was shooting modern autos or double guns. I had my 1949 pump Ithaca 37 16 ga. because that is what I hunt with the most. Have all those modern guns too but 2 years ago decided to shoot what I hunt with instead of dedicated clay guns. And I shoot what I grew up with the best.

Before it was my turn to shoot a younger guy came up to me and said his grandfather had a gun like that and asked if it was a 20 or 16. I told him watch it I am not that old it is a 16. He laughed and we talked a bit and he said there is a reason no one uses those old guns anymore.

I went up and broke all 10 birds from both pads, single with a single shot, repeat pair and then true doubles. When I finished everyone was yelling and hooting and a few clapping. I walked over to him and said let me see your shells. He handed me one and I said there is your damn problem, your using too much lead in that 12 ga with 1 1/8 oz. I'm only using 7/8 oz. of lead. Everyone busted up laughing. Some days you got it, some days you don't. I sure as hell had it tonight and feels really damn good getting "older".
