Plus I believe Toyota's pay is competitive (or sometimes higher) for factory positions. Not to mention they aren't paying union dues. They probably have nothing to gain.

Meh, that's what Toyota gets for putting a rear sway bar on their 'off road' version of the Tundra. Ricers see that and, well, you see the results in the link.

 

I'm in the private sector and have a separate pension I don't have to pay into. Much as things at my job bother me ( such as the blatant nepotism and therefore my inability to get a promotion) that would be very hard to leave behind at my age

 

Sway bar is not standard on a Rock Warrior. Ask me how I know

All those city dwellers that "need" a Rock Warrior in the city also "need" the sway bar for all their high speed maneuvers

 

And... HID kit ordered for the new headlights TRS is awesome, everything should be plug and play and work just fine with the DTRL and the auto headlights.

 

Toyota has many union workers just not assembly, many dealership mechanics are unions. Nothing wrong with union jobs, great job security and benefits.

On another note, Toyota should coat their frames in whatever that sway bar is coated with!

Yeah, but I'm surprised to see how well it's holding up. I've had plenty of powder coated items start to rust out quickly. I'm surprised to see his rusty axle and suspension and a nice, bright red sway bar.
