Another thing to look into is if you have any exhaust leaks up towards both cats that will also trip that code. That is what happened to me and I was about to buy new cats, but a friend of mine who is a mechanic looked at it and I had two small exhaust leaks up front and once fixed the code went away. So I am not saying that is what it is for you but just check everything out before buying new cats.

What was changed? Did you up on the tire size? Did it happen when you were trying to floor it getting onto the highway?

The issue could also just be transient at this point... I would reset and wait for it to reappear.

Obviously, it will show up to stay at some point but it might not be necessary to spend a bunch to fix right now.

Or it will pop back up right away...

I have reset it a number of times. it comes on when I am driving normal. I could not find any exhaust leaks. I will keep investigating.

    thanks hunterjo
