    I don't think he did. Lawsuits are public knowledge. I can't find anything about him suing yota. I've tried many times. I think it's just a rumor.

    Maybe it was settled out of court without a lawsuit being officially filed.

    Who knows. But.. I don't think anybody has said he didn't get a fat paycheck, lawsuit filed or not.

    Yeah but nobody can prove it. People make up shit about defcon all the time. I believed that he sued until I couldn't find anything on it. Got skeptical, now I don't.

    Also the lawsuit still would be filed if there was a settlement. Toyota wouldn't just say "here is a million, don't sue." Settlements are more "here is a million, stop suing."

    I was just making the point that jealous people make shit up like somebody suing toyota even though there is no evidence.
