I just got done installing icon 2.5 fronts, UCA's , AAL and icon 2.0 rears on my 03. Only put about 50 miles on it so far so I'm still breaking it all in .

I'm running stock wheels and tires for now but am looking at getting wheels and tires ASAP.

I don't know if I should stay with a 16 or go with a 17, and with what size tire? I don't want the tires to bottom out on up travel because mid travel is a lot of fun

    Will post pictures soon

You can stick with the 16" wheel and still be able to do the tundra brake upgrade later on, 285/75r16 (about a 33"x11.5") is about the largest tire you'll be able to fit without tubbing or more lift, you'll have to trim some fender plastics and possibly beat in the pinch weld so they don't rub too bad but that isn't hard and doesnt take long. When looking for wheels Id recommend 3.5" backspacing so you don't rub the frame if you choose a wide tire like the 285s. If not you can always just use spacers.

Those are nice wheels, depends on the tire though, you'll need spacers if you run 285s for sure though, and I think 255/85s (33.5" pizza cutter) would need spacers as well, my brother runs 32x11.5s on no lift and I don't think he's rubbing the frame but he rubs plastics a bit, 265/75s will fit and will not rub at full lock at all on anything but they are only 31.8" tall

I have the same exact set up as you. Ext. travel 2.5 Icons in the front w/ Camburg UCA's. An AAL w/ Icon 2.0's. Tundra brake upgrade, extended brake lines front & rear. 16x8 Method Double Standards w/ machined outer lip. 4.5"BS. Zero offset. But I'm only running 265/75/16 BFG KO2's.

I agree very nice truck. I need a tubular bumper and retros now lol. I do think I wanna try to fit a little bit of bigger tires on it. Probably 285/75/

with 4.5 bs you'll most likely need spacers to avoid rubbing the frame, unless you can live with not going full lock, I didnt have spacers for like 6 months and just lived with it.

Icon recommends 285/75r16 with 16x8 wheels on 4.5 backspacing. Which are what the Method NVs are.

It also developed a slight driveline vibration too. I think I might need a carrier bearing drop. I already checked pressures balance and the alignment

Check your driveline angle - it'll help you figure out what to do. Some guys have experimented with washers as the cb drop height can be sensitive to small amounts of height difference.
