Was it a broken water line or moisture through the concrete?

Broken waterline. Water hose to the fridge. That's upstairs. Went through the floors to the bathroom downstairs as well. Good news is our floors are 16 years old and are either laminate or possibly engineered hardwood. they probably won't find a match or be able to sand and refinish the rest of the floor to match so we'll hopefully get all new floors. Bad news is I'm out a grand and will not be participating in the sso bumper group buy:(

That sucks. You posted a pic on that earlier didn't you? Like I said earlier, at least we were only gone for a day. If this had happened at the end of the month when we go to the beach this would have been bad

Hard to tell what kind of wood it it from a picture, but if I had to guess I'd say it's laminate.

Hate to hear that it's going to cost you money though.

yeah I'm assuming it is. we got a couple of quotes last year about having it replaced, which we needed to do. I think we had 2, maybe three quotes. one said hardwood but couldn't be sanded. others said laminate. I just measured it. maybe an 1/8 thick and glued down so probably laminate. figure if we get all new flooring in kitchen, dining room, den, and hallway plus a couple of walls repainted for $1000 we will be coming out ahead. :notsure:

Let me know if you want a better quote. I've owned a flooring business for 20 years, though we don't do hardwood. I do know a crew that does excellent work that I could likely get you a discount.
