3 day work week for me. Yesterday was tuesday and today is friday,

I may or may not have found my next set of wheels.

 

I'll give you a hint. Yellow wheels are involved........sort of.

 

A quick evening jaunt into the the badlands with the old 'gal, so she doesn't get jealous from lack of attention.

This is true. Kinda waiting to see what BFG is going to do with their KM3. I also like the new STT Pro and Yokohama is about to release a new MT that looks very interesting.

 

The STT Pros are definitely interesting for some of the tech they are bringing to the table.

 

I will vouch for STT Pros. They've done excellent for me so far. But we've got a lot of summer ahead of us. We shall see.

 

Better than the KM2s you had before?

 

SO much better. Granted, those KM2's were hand-me-downs from Monte and Jon...So they certainly weren't brand new by any means. But they were not in horrible shape either.

I actually had wheel hop while slowly crawling up a slight incline with some good snow pack on it- Something I had never felt with KM2's before.

I hope to go find some actual rocks this weekend and see how they do. I have no doubts though.

 

This is encouraging. I will be curious to hear how they do in the rocks.

 

There's a fun rocky trail that I hope to hit tomorrow or Sunday so I'll report back after the weekend. They've seen a fair share of dirt, mud, snow, and sand. Nothing very challenging yet aside from the deep snow. Open diffs held me up more than the tires ever did.

 

Seems like the STT pro is a rockn tire. Bob seems to have really liked them before he switched to the TRXUS m/t. I dont see myself switching from the A/T scene soon but who knows where i'll be at when the KO2's i have now are worn out (gonna be a while, which is awesome!)

Busy end of the week in Douglas for me, stopped by hells half acre on the way home to fly. Made this goober video, cant wait to go back and fly it from a higher vantage point so i can get down into the cool formation for some close ups! Such an awesome stress reliever and pick me up to fly after a long day bustn it out for the man.

Lol two beached guac's! Sight to see im sure. A worn down AT is garbage in the snow im sure. Luckily i hardly ever forge fresh trail in deep snow...

Thanks, idk had fun with an impromptu stop on the way home to fly. I love that the drone is so easy to bring with everywhere.
