More than welcome to store the hilift at my house I'll find use for it

Dude. We have used hilifts so much haha how is it useless?

 

The only thing I can think of is using one requires a lot of strength. This makes using one easier for you than me and likely Ben.

Ben, there are so many situations where you will not be able to use a floor jack that it will ensure you cannot rely totally on one. IMO it is foolish to not have one at all.

 

Yeah I mean I'd love to start bringing a floor jack as well with a dirt sled. But takes up a lot of from and you can't use it as much in the woods.

Plus it's not tall enough to get a wheel off the ground on frank..ha

 

HF has a couple of nice aluminum floor jacks but they don't lift high enough.

 

Yeah I have to use a huge block of wood to get Frank's tires off the ground.

Even with a bigger 2 ton jack that's probably 14"

 

I have a HF jack that works well with the redhead. It can lift tires off the ground without using a block but it is huge and fuckton heavy. like 90 lbs. Not gonna carry that on the trail.

 

Yeah I can't do that even with our biggest jack. Always have to use a block.
