Thinking about Hawk LTS pads and cutting/turning my front rotors. Hawk LTS seem to be a big hit here along with greenstuff pads.

But i wanna see what others will say here

I think lots of members including myself, agree that OEM pads and rotors are good enough for these trucks.

I'm doing Hawk LTS pads, stainless steel lines and Brembo blank rotors this weekend. There will be lots of different answers, kind of like asking what motor oil to use. Good luck

You can get the same OEM pads from Rock Auto, made by Advics.

Dynatrac ProRock 60 Rear Axle, that is important enough.
I picked up a set of EBC Green pads and EBC Premium Rotors from AutoAnything for a really great price last week, going to be swapping those in this coming week.

Got over 100 k on my front pads before I changed them, replaced with OEM. Resurfaced the rotors once, but not at the same time. Rear brakes still going strong.

I have the TRD street pads and brembo rotors on hand..and will provide some objective comments when I finally get around to installing them...mainly whether there is any improvement over the full oem kits one might find on ebay.

That's part of the reason why I haven't installed them...need to do the break in early before the traffic starts. The break in process is identical to Hawk HPS...wouldn't be surprised if that's who make them.

I think Akebono makes them and the break in process is pretty much the same for everyone

I vote for new rotors, I turned mine and they warped soon after. I'll probably replace both pads and rotors with OEM parts soon.
