    Yeah the ST maxx's are my top choice. Noise isn't an issue as the truck itself is so loud on the highway. I have 36,xxx on the stock Dunlops. The tough choice is new tires or trade my truck for a 4Runner :devil:

    What he said. I have about 1500 on a set of 265/75/16. They've been great so far. Maybe a tad more highway noise than my tsx with highway tires. They grip on stuff I should be slipping on, it really is crazy. I took my stock BFGs off with 28k, sold them for two hundred. Contemplating doing the same thing for my wife's runner, but it'll probably be a while before that happens.

    That 4Runner :drool:. I have a 16ft trailer that can more than replace the Taco bed if I swapped to a runner. Plus I'd be able to fit in the garage finally.

    My wife's runner appears to be the same, Trail premium, color. Just built her a set of sliders(steps) not to long ago. What's the lift and tires on yours? It looks awesome!

    Sweet! We ditched the tube steps but sliders are need for the Taco first. The lift is just a spacer and new spring. Probably around 2.5". Or as the dealer tried to sell it... "A custom $8k lift kit with wheels and tires" :rofl: **we only paid an additional $2k over our negotiated price on a stock one for this one. Amazing they had so much wiggle room on a "custom lift". Wheels are 17" Fuel Anza with 285/70 Nitto terra graps.

    Married into the Taco and we had an 07 Runner and now the 16 TPE. :cheers:
