    Are you able to make these side rail caps with thicker material? Perhaps 3/16".. I plan on welding tie down anchors along the length of the rail.. or is the 1/8" already strong enough not to bend back? I need to tie down tall objects in my truck weighing around 500-1000lbs.

    We don't have any plans to make thicker caps. I would not suggest using these for tie down points for anything that heavy.

    @KB Voodoo i have your side rail and tailgate caps, I am looking at getting some bedside stiffners and the conversation came up the other day about which brand would work with your side rail caps. So my question is will the total chaos bed stiffners work with your caps? I know I can go with another brand and may end up having to do so but really like the total chaos as my first choice. Thanks
