I want one! I am trying to talk my step dad into working with me to build one! I think it will be a while though. Unless i just show up with metal then he will probably want to help.
GEEZZZZZZ. That thing would be so scary to top out!

I started painting my bedrack finally. Waiting for the primer to dry now. Going to hit it with some black spray on bed liner.

Almost all bed racks are black. I think it would be cool and different in white.

Also... not a tacoma but still a toyota...
Spare tire came out from under the van in front of her and hit her windshield. She got super lucky because the guy stopped... but he didnt have insurance! And the cop let him off with a warning for driving with no insurance!

2 days later the guy had already paid for the windshield to get fixed and everything surprisingly worked out! We didnt have to do anything!

Man i have been thinking about it! I would paint the mounting plates black still though, just to help them blend in a bit.

I may throw it on and take a couple pics to see what it would look like. But i also think that it would make it pop too much.

Plus i have already bought all the paint....

The base plates black for sure to blend with the bed rails but the rest white may not pop too much since your truck is white. We need pics of it in primer on the truck!

If you need help let me know and I could assist as long as it's not too heavy. I get off work at 530 and am not far from the area you live.

I'd recommend at least throwing a coat of satin black on top of the bedliner if you go black. I've seen a lot of just-bedliner bumpers and sliders go very dull gray/black after a little time. The satin black top coat on my sliders are still looking as dark as when I painted them.

Brute Force Fab standard rear in the house. or rather, in the back of the truck. SRQ lights fit perfect on one side, but a tad tight on the other. Anyone on the Plano/Allen side of town have a grinder and willing to swing by with it this evening in exchange for a beer? Would probably need about 60 seconds worth of grinding to get it, or about 30 minutes with my dremel! (also waiting to hear from Brad @usoffroad if he can do the bit of grinding for me when I drop it off with him for powder)

My LCA skids are bare metal right now, I think I will redo them in glitter, the rocks around here will look like a unicorn dragged it's ass across them.
