More of my cheapo low budget/no budget mods. Used a sharpie on my amber bulbs.

    Before

    After

I figured I would never be able to afford the headlight mod or pro lights. I also heard chrome amber bulbs burn out quickly.
I did lose a little brightness but I don't think enough to affect safety. I tried to capture it in a video. TW wouldn't support my format.

My father-in-law used the same one this weekend. Thing was super solid, even in high winds. You'll enjoy the hell out of it

Both badges are the same color plastiderp (Gunmetal). The front is a more accurate example of the true color. The lighting on the side badge made it way brighter than reality.

Finally got my softopper on and all setup. Its only been a few days but already loving it.

Had to lower it real quick this weekend to fit some trees in the back and it worked great. When done raised right back into position without issue. Taking it camping this coming weekend for the first time so we will see how it does in the wild.

Also moved my tools on the side rails to work with the top, and installed a LED bed light for camping in the back. Now just to get out of town!!

I always kept a soft storage container in the back of my previous vehicle. I found that the floor space in back of the drivers seat was too small for the container. I didn't want to put the container on the seat or fold down the back rest. I guess it would be debatable on the best choice. I did notice that the lower seat had only two bolts holding it in so I removed the seat and my container fits on the floor.

    seat 2.jpg

I then saw the empty space where the seat was and decided to make a platform.

    seat4.jpg

I hinged the platform so I could still have access to the storage compartment.
