Nope, I got 3 inches too. But also didn't do the rear, which I'm sure influenced that.

I want to paint my rings black ... just a slow and steady hand to pry them off?

That tube will last you a very long time. I apply sparingly and wipe off any excess. Even then it will leave a little on your bodywork where the seal touches. No big deal, just wipe it off. It seems to take a couple of days to fully soak in.

Do yourself a favor and put plenty of coats of primer on it before switching to the bedliner.

Well shit, sorry man. I guess I could have clarified it's only for 4x4. I'll buy you a beer to make up for your expense of the grease gun

Remove the side steps, bug deflector, badges and bedside sticker, and mud flaps. Then order some Fox COs.

Hm... I might replace the hole entirely and make a device holder in there... Let you know though!

Okay, after a week we have settled some. We've gone from 3 to 3&1/4 to about 2&1/4. Still slightly higher in the front, but I'm pretty happy with it. I'll probably do something to bring down the front or bring up the rear a little bit, but right now I'm just enjoying it as is. Who doesn't love a little bro lean? Haha
