No one wants to see a picture of you when they're lifting.

So was 100 other old guys in my gym and I don't take advice from them either because they don't know what the hell they're doing.

So far, your only credibility is, "I've been going to the gym for a long time".

And just because you're old and have been lifting for a long time doesn't mean shit. Old guy in the gym yesterday was quarter repping 95 lb incline bench.

See, all I'm trying to do is figure out all of this solid advice (such as the gem highlighted above) is justified. I mean, if you're like 6% body fat and repping 315 3 sets of 10 on flat bench, I'm going to be a lot more open to what you have to say than if you're just some bored keyboard warrior going on about how you lifted weights with Teddy Roosevelt. Until I figure out what you're about, I'm going to keep assuming your're trolling us with your sarcastic shit-posts.

All you've done here recently is troll everyone who posts anything or make fun of people while, at the same time, doling out "your way or the highway" lifting advice with no credibility whatsoever and it's getting pretty fucking old...and then whenever someone gets sick of your shit, you tell them to calm down.

Arnold has been lifting since I was in diapers too :notsure:. I'll listen to his shit talking, and take all the advice I can find from him.

You...You probably couldn't keep up with me in the gym on my rest day

Has any body used the nutrishop body fat percentage machine they have? Just did it but really don't know if It's accurate.

Never heard of it, but it looks fancy. How did they test it? I think @Newlife knows his shit when it comes to body fat testing. Only thing I know is that the calipers and handheld machine have like a 3-4% margin of error and that water tank (can't remember the name) testing is about spot-on.

The only thing that matters when it comes to BF% is consistency in how your measure. Pick a method and stick with it. If you do this machine on day 1 do it again on day 30 (or whatever your checkpoints are). Don't do this machine and then later do the calipers/skin folds and compare.

Best BF% test is the human eyeball anyway. If you see fat, you fat. We all fat. Except @Kerleyfries, he's skinny fat...
