Is that reservoir hose route on top of frame and back out?

I was having a heck of a time installing the driver's side. It seemed the hose was too long.
I have to crack the line open a tiny bit to clock my reservoir.
The final pic was how I was able to mount it.
I started to do a vlog tutorial. Then I got irritated that the reservoir would just bolt right up. So the video is just on the driver side.

First and second pic the hose was getting kinked and the reservoir would not fit onto the bracket.
    They're labeled driverside/passengerside.

While coming to a stop (25mph-5mph), the truck now has a small rumble/vibration coming to a stop.

I switched brackets and it worked better for me. Meaning drivers side on passenger side. My hoses seem a little long but I have no problems after the bracket swap.20170523_131819.jpg

I mounted them on the brackets and then installed them as one assembly. I had a huge issue with the hose clamps. We all spent how much for these things and the best all the manufacturers could come with was hose clampso_O. I put a long strip electrical tape over the clamp and curled the edges around to the back. By mounting the reservoir to the bracket first, you can put the screw part in the back. Looks much better. I read after I did this that someone used heat shrink. Genius! If they ever come off I will do it that way.

I still need to upload the other vids.
WARNING. poor lighting, and after watching the video I didn't realize how much hair I'm loosing.
I got tired and wasted time of bending the sheet metal just to extract the long upper control arm bolt on the left side. So what I did on the right side was used an air hammer to knock the bulge in slightly and bend the sheet metal

Ill post a link to the other video when its done uploading

I installed some washers below the rear brake hose bracket to so there's less stretched @ full droop

That brake line still looks a bit sketchy. LOL. Plan to replace with extended brake lines?

It took me 6 hrs. The leaf springs was straight forward. The longest time spent was the installing the left front the first time. My coworker and I were trying to figure out the orientation of the reservoir and the lines was not clocked in correct position.

I lost a little bit of suspension fluid. And a lot of distraction from other Co workers asking million of questions and me trying to wrench/work and talk @ same time.

When working on front suspension. Double check the brake 10mm brake hose. Mine were a bit loose.

    20170605_125126.jpg

The front shock reservoir uses 22mm and 19mm combo wrenches.
If the resi needs to be clock, just slightly break loose the fitting and try to rotate the resi. If it doesn't rotate slowly loosen up the fitting a little bit @ a time but still keep the wrench on it just in case it resi loosen too much. So then you could retighten the nut.

    20170605_132234.jpg
Loosen this fitting and using a 19mm combo wrench to hold elbow will clock the resi. Remember to slowly break loose the fitting. If it needs to be clocked.
    20170605_132213.jpg

The nut on the resi is 22mm and to be able to push the hose closer this nut need to be loosen and rotate the 90 degree elbow to desire position.

This was what it looked like yesterday because It was taking longer then I had planned.

    20170603_192255.jpg

    20170603_192237.jpg

The resi brackets were mislabeled which gave me problem trying to mount resi. I swapped it and the fit was much better.

My Co worker is getting some suspension for his '17 tacoma. I will try and do a better video tutorial with more lighting.

The rear suspension full droop it should be OK.
Marie @ Headstrong didn't mention anything about extended line.
She recommended it to my Co worker who order the Dakar kit.

And re check those u-bolts. I torqued mine down to 80 ft lbs. And 100 mile later they were loose.

If that picture is with the truck jacked up with both sides of the axle at full droop, the driver's side can still droop even further when the passenger side gets stuffed.

Ride on road is amazing. The suspension absorbs the small bump and the rebound is controlled compared to the bilstein TRD suspension.
The rear triple bypass I haven't heard any clicking yet

Got them installed before the weekend and managed to test them out. Huge difference from stock OR bilsteins. Got little over 3" in the front and 2.5" in the back. The dakars are squeaking like hell but I did put some PTFE lube so hopefully next time out it'll be better. @HeadStrong Off-Road

I have the Dakar and ext travel rear shocks. At full droop the E break cables are stretched. What has others done about this?
