    Hey y'all!

I have been following TW since I got my 2015 Blue Tacoma TRD Sport last December and I figured I'd finally joined up after finding myself browsing the site daily! I have big plans for my truck but before that I need to fill my knowledge gaps on Tacoma mods and maintenance. Looking forward to learning from y'all!

Planning on fixin' the truck up so it'll breath better...CAI, Headers, exhaust, etc. Then I'm thinking putting a lift and 33s on. Armor is a must too!

My $0.02, Skip the CAI. I had one for a couple years. Day I removed it I was amazed how much more pleasant the truck was to drive!

Difficult to get the V6 to sound decent. Here's mine (with the K&N CAI) with URD Long Tube Headers, 12" Resonator, Spintech 6000 Muffler, custom crossover, and front cat delete.

Video Note: Acceleration rattle sound came from the CAI. Motor sounds much quieter without the K&N and you can hear the exhaust more now.

If you want armor I highly recommend the folks at @Pelfreybilt (www.pelfreybilt.com). Super cool people, top notch products, and their stuff looks cool as heck!

I follow @Pelfreybilt on Instagram. I can't stop drooling over their products!

Thanks for the advice! I'll keep it in mind.

When it comes to your crossover, how custom are you talking? total fab or did you buy from a vendor and then adjust it?
Also I'm in the market for an axle dump exhaust. Did you cut yours from the stock pipes or buy your's? I have come close to buying either MBRP or Magnaflow.

Sorry for any stupid questions...still pretty new at this! Thanks!
