My Sammy is the product of a greedy breeder. She's a double dapple, but you run the risk of the dog being deaf or blind or both. The animal shelter she was left at was going to put her to sleep. She doesn't realize she's any different.

That's what I am thinking. He's short and chunky, not lean and agile like a beagle. He could use some more exercise and maybe he'd end up looking more like a beagle!

Never enough fetch time for her! Simple pleasures.

 

My youngest dog got him self tangled up and he couldnt get himself loose he sat there squealed like a piggy, i had to get a knife and cut him loose.

 

I have the exact same setup. I'm glad that someone likes it...my dog ignores it.

 

This is meme-worthy, but I lack the the imagination.

What's the story here?

 

I wish I could have watched it happen, he went outside for 10min, he started squealing so I went to go check on him and thats how I found him, I practically died laughing so hard. He tied himself up pretty good it looks like you could just unravel him but it was all knotted up really tight.

So there's this dog who stops by my house (out in the country) in the morning and again in the evening, I always thought it belonged to my neighbor (who lives on a dead end). My neighbor says she's "not mine", she walks through brush, past my house to hang out with the neighborhood dogs. And before dark she goes back where she came from. No tags or collar, damn cute dog. She melts when you pet or give her belly rubs! I'll give her a treat every now and then. My daughter named her "pumpkin spice". Wish I could keep her...
