    I think crossfit football would be a great program, but like toucan said, its not what I am going after. I need more endurance. Some of us were thinking about the seal fit, but I dont think I am anywhere near the level you need to be in to do it. That just sounds painful.

    Nice dude! Keep working. You need atleast 1000 no joke. The guys were DLing 505 last year for one event. The teams comp was intense too, dude from our gym got an OHS of 245 IIRC, heaviest of the day. Stamina is also a big thing, they had a 7mi run last year that was killer.

    So you are an MP? Same thing right? :eek: We did OHS the other day, which I dread, and worked up to our 3 rep max and my buddy almost got 245 3 times, arms were shaking too bad on the 3rd and had to bail. I couldnt believe that weight, just insane.

    That would be what we call movin earf, DAMN!:eek: For some reason I can go right into DL and squat with little warmup but OHS I have to be prepped. I used to think 135 was my max, warmed up real good and got 180

    Ya, he is a beast. This particular guy is doing the 70's big program. His squat is like 385 and he is about 5'8" and 190ish. He is insanely in shape. One of our trainers clean and jerked 305 today :eek: Thats more than my squat max haha. OHS is dumb, I hate it with a passion. I was the same, thought 135 was max then somehow I got 170. But on the 3 rep max 135 felt like hell on the first one.

    Thanks guys. It was really just out of no where. I thought everything was going good. Just a few days ago we told each other that we were falling in love with one another and then it's suddenly over. I really liked the girl. It sucks now and will be better eventually. I'm just over this single life stuff. Need to keep busy and spend some more time in the gym now.

    Need to find me a nice crossfit girl!

    Ya man, just keep your head up. Girls are freakin crazy. They have no clue what they want. IMO I think going to the gym more will help you keep your mind off of her and to clear your head. Staying busy is the best thing to do and the gym will kill 3 birds with one stone.

    Just saw this on my gyms page, 53.5" :eek: I though I was a bad ass with 48.5". His 40 time is 4.5 and got a full ride to play for UC Davis in Sacramento.

    Ya, I am not fat but I am gaining weight, I am trying to lose about 10-15lbs. I have never been this weight and I think thats why my knees and shins hurt when I run.

    yeah, i'm trying to drop some weight too for summer. i'm not fat either but wouldn't mind seeing some more abdominals. when i was in the pararescue pipeline i was 190 cause we did crossfit, ran and were swimming all day, everyday. now i'm a solid 215. makes running hard on the body

    Thats my main thing is I need to work on my running, I am thinking about doing crossfit endurance. I was always a sprinter so I already have that working against me when it comes to distances.

    Just woke up and about to head to the gym now. Only time I can't stay busy is at work where it's 12hrs of me sitting on my ass doing nothing.

    Today sucked, we had another Birthday WOD, I think its the 4th one this month. we did:
    10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
    95lb Clusters
    Pull ups
    53lb KB swings

    I got 17:43

    Then we did 2 min of sit ups. Got 54, my back was on fire from the WOD
