I just order from Amazon. Whatever you are wiring, look to see total amp draw. Then look at the gauge wiring amp rating. Always go a bit higher. The cost difference isnt much between levels of gauges, so better to be cautious.
wouldnt work. I need an ecu from a 2010 manual tranny. If I do decide to trade in, I would be willing to pick up an ecu and pull the sc off to sell. Hell, maybe @DOUBLLD could do a straight swap from one truck to another cause I would need all the oem stuff put back onto mine.
Haha. The original bolt stripped the threads on hole of the handle. The bolt I put in is actually quite a bit better quality than the other one. I never cut the bolt back so it didnt stick out so far, but it never got in the way. You could always make it a bit more of a permanent solution if you dont need to take the handle apart for anything. Its been like that for a few years now and never had a problem. Still lifts the truck up plenty high enough to get jackstands underneath.

Dude is it ever too late to keep the taco? I mean space wise it would suffice right? Just a cool build to sell instead of keeping.

Space wise im fine as far as room for the kids and parking. But i couldnt keep any tools to work on it anymore, and everything is so upside down in my life right now i feel that i just need to let it go and start over. Believe me i dont want to do it, but i need to.

I got you, Im sure just looking at it gives you memories you want to move on from. Sucks that it has become what it has to sell it now, Im sure you have contemplated this for a while before coming to this decision though.

You could also give it a fresh wrap or something to give it a change up too?

    going to be fun!
The feds bought $45.1 billion in commercial paper from the credit arms of four automakers in 2008/2009 – Ford, BMW, Chrysler and Toyota – along with GMAC (the former General Motors credit arm). Of those, Ford sold the most, with $15.9 billion so basically they took Federal Ownership through the back door and supported the financial profiles.....

I am sure it will be fine, i was just giving you a hard time because David said you specifically pointed it out - like I was going to say, no, take it back, I don't want this guy's free stuff!

Purple. Purple would work. I gouged my tailgate pretty good last weekend so it would cover that up at least :itllbuffout:

I hope it serves you well. Its reliable, but weighs about as much as it lifts. I tried to keep it in the garage but had to take it on a few mod days.

It's heavy but it will be well used, trust me. I should have picked it up earlier. I am tired of sucking it in and scraping across my gravel/dirt driveway to work on the truck. I will still be laying on the driveway, but at least now I will have some room to work. Well, I need to scavenge some jack stands first.
