It was hard to keep up at first! haha! A few years ago when I bought my 2nd taco and signed up...I was like " WHOA WTF are these guys talking about with all the acronyms and different parts that everyone is "supposed" to know about. But I picked it up fairly quickly. The more reading you do, the more you will know. Simple as that...you can have an expert "TacomaWorlder" (I.E. @ChadsPride) tell you everything you need to know and still not remember...so reading the info for yourself truly is the best way, then you have over 150 bookmarks all with the TW logo on em

I'm in the same boat, 10 days vacay, 7 days PTO, plus all the other holidays! Jan. of 2019 I get an extra week of vacation! WOOT!!!

If I end up staying with this company that is.....also if they make it that long I dunno it's been questionable lately :annoyed:

24 days is soooo much for the US. That is not a bad deal at all if you can stand it that long. You would then basically work 11 months of 12 and thats sick

14 day pto an 14 sick days here not a bad deal but curious to see how privitazation of my career field will effect it probably none since I'm not a federal employee.

At my old job I got anywhere from 200-220hrs of PTO a year since I accrued it based on how much I worked and that sounds awesome until you work so much you can't use any of it. I get 1 week now but since my boss is so much more laid back I can literally just leave whenever I need to and work from my cell to run errands or work half days. The only time I actually use my PTO is when I need the whole day off and don't want to answer calls or emails.
