Orange County CAF's: up to no good

Yeah it's my favorite. Follows lines of the truck. This is a swing out but the swing arm isn't attached. You can see mine for their style of swing arms though.

 

I might swing on by sunday and watch you guys electrocute yourselves.

I'll see what I can find. Pretty sure the cali raised shit is 18g. I've got wire for the switch panel. Just need to figure out the ARB gauge.

 

Worst part of me injuring myself is that I'm not supposed to work on my truck. I have a roof rack and Kings coming this month.

 

I may hit you up. I might pay a shop for the kings. I'd feel bad having somebody help and literally not be able to do anything but hand wrenches to them lol

 

Never done coilovers. Don't have to compress them?

Just looked up the relentless bumper. Looking at about 2 grand after shipping.

 

Pelfrey and Relentless are normally pretty similarly priced. Make a trip out of it and go up to Sparks

Ya the base price of the pelfrey HC without swingout is pretty close. But the drive is a lot closer haha. I can't afford one right now anyways, so I'm just putting money aside until pelfrey releases theirs with a swingout and then see which one I want to get.

 

I heard pelfrey is doing dual swing only for the 3rd gen.

 

That would be kinda cool. I've got a few months of saving anyways so I'm in no rush. I just need some more steel. Having that rear bumper will make driving with them dakars so much smoother

Tahoe is right there

 

I'd likely spend just as much in gas, if not more to drive up to sparks than if I paid for shipping haha

 

But more fun. Also Brittony and Eric are awesome. I'm happy to know them.

 

It'd just be harder to take time off work and drive up there. No way I'd only make a weekend trip out of it for that much of a drive. That's the plus to pelfrey is I can do a day trip there. But it all depends on which design I like better. Not rushing a $2000 decision haha

Same but it was totally worth it for the bumpers. Also we originally planned on going to Tahoe.
