I used to make shit out of bolts, washers and nuts. I'd solder them together with a acetylene torch.

 

Anyone replace their oem 3rd brake light halogen bulbs with led? Not so much concerned with output, but after years at the shop I've seen how they slowly cook housings and the pigtails. Leds don't get hot like halogens do

 

Not sure about members in this thread but Ive seen plenty of people do it with no issues

You should get the clear lense from Klearz.com and paint your housing blacks for the ultra modded Im a DIY baller brake light

@ChadsPride putting these in the 3rd brake light. Figured I'll try it out. I have these in my license plate as well. So far they are nicer quality than the eBay/Amazon ones with exposed leds and they have nice output on them.
