That's about how it's looking. I'll just accept it, move on, and throw my money at something else.

The first thing I swapped were the head light bulbs and fog light bulbs. I went with the Sylvania ZXEs.

I actually prefer Dawn, since it is often used to remove wax from a car and using the clay bar does the exact same thing anyways, there is no harm in using Dawn. The added benefit is that it is about as cheap as you can get. Just make sure the surface remains slick at all times.

I ran the Ultimate Headlight Upgrade for over a year right after I got my truck. Bright and accurate. I decided to dump a $#!t load of time and money into retrofits earlier this year. Best output, but a big price tag. The Utimate Headlight Upgrade is BY FAR the best bang for the buck.

Here is a little video I made of my light output and testing my high beams. (Note: I run the Ultimate Foglight Upgrade with the Flosser 90W bulbs.)

    https://youtu.be/CXEh9m8mSVg

This is a pic of the Ultimate Headlight Upgrade and stock fogs. The wall is over 30 feet away. The output and horizon are solid and accurate.

Finally installed the 3rd gen OR shocks on my truck. Had to cut out both sway bar end links and tops of rear shocks because everything was rust welded and the shitty hex on the sway bar bolts round out and the rear shock tops pretty much fell off while holding it with a crescent. So dumb. Anyway, just a bit taller but just what I'm looking for.

Thinking about my current state of liquid funds for truck mods, I'm considering what can I do to my truck for free or relatively free...

    Trim tail pipe
Remove sway bar (and court DEATH! skull-emoticon-for-facebook-status-comme_67a6304daadd83c1e23fb2052f01cd683cce0b02.png )
    Remove/paint/re-install receiver hitch
    Paint (black) floor shifter bezel
    Polish/Restore headlight/fog lenses
Finally put in sound deadener that's been sitting in my garage for 5 months
    ABS kill switch mod
Install cheap backup camera that came with my stereo H/U
Rig up some lights with some LED strips I have laying around in my bestop softtopper

Don't have the kiddos this weekend and the gal I'm seeing is going to be out-of-town so I may be trying to knock out a few mods.

Same as all the other vehicles I've done it to. Including my S10. I like them but really have no comparison since I did the first week of having my truck & didn't drive it @ night

Ha! I was just talking to my mechanic who was following up to see how my truck has been doing (he redid my whole front end suspension for me after I got my truck last year) and he was asking if the polyurethane bushings on the UCAs were squeaky or not. I told him my whole truck was so squeaky I couldn't isolate the source if I wanted to... My leafs are pretty bad, but when I'm driving I don't notice and it's only when anyone gets in/out of the truck that they are really obvious.

That's what mine had been doing, if you got in the drivers side it would almost 'pop' and click, i tried for hours to locate it so i took it in. I still have my 7 year hundred thousand mile warranty so they covered it, but i believe there was a TSB for the Leafs a while back for this exact issue.

I would recommend doing the sound deadener since its already paid for and u have a lot of free uninterupted time on ur hands. Mine took me 15+hours to knock out
