Another crazy Saturday

Truck on the left had trd pro bilstiens installed front and rear, Jba uca's, new rear leaf springs, u-bolt flip, and wheelers super bumps and spydertrax wheel spacers on all four corners.

Truck on the left is getting a new tube bumper built for it. Pics to come.

Hey @glorifiedwelder Kind of a different request. Any chance I could pay you to swap roof racks for me. The new one is full length on the 4runner and requires 2 holes drilled and sealed in the roof toward the front.

I was going to do it but I injured myself and the doc has recommended very little movement or climbing on my truck until September. Really want to get this rack moving though.

If so, let me know your price.

Not so much a work update but a shop update. I've been very fortunate and TW has kept me swamped lately. For the past 14 years I've done all my tube bending and roll cages using old school math for developed length and angles. But being a one man show saving time is critical so I've added the cnc plasma and now bend-tech SE with all the plug-ins. After using it yesterday to lay out a roll cage I'm building. It looks like it should allow me to store measurements on future projects for repeatabilityand allow me to design and fabricate tube structures and sheet metal parts faster and with less wasted material. It will take me a few weeks to become proficient with the new tools but in the long run it should allow me to build better parts faster.

I'm not sure yet. I'm in the process of redesigning some stuff to be cut by the plasma table. Once that's complete I'll have a prototype and a price for it.
