3rd Gen Quicksand thread

It's the Leer 100XQ I can't tell you how much it was, because it came with the truck when I bought it. Does have some of the accessories preinstalled like the cargo net, LED bar, Thule track system, and the pet screens. The front window is completely removable, and the side windows extend out for added ventilation which is perfect for my pups.

 

Those look amazing! I've considered buying a set, but never knew how they looked on quicksand. Now I just got to commit to buying them. lol Thanks for posting this!

 

Hello, what lift are you running and tires. Love the grill! Where dI'd uou pick that up? Any rubbing in full lock or reverse?

Noob...searched for a thread on lingo / vocab used here and have not found any.....what does DERP, SUB'd ,etc mean!? Again new to Tacoma's.

Derp means to Plasti-Dip something. It's a rubberized spray that is basically like paint, but once dried forms a rubber coating that can usually be peeled off and reversed, as opposed to painting.
Subed mean people are subscribing to thread to get updates.

 

If anybody is willing to sell their color-match back bumper caps lmk. Trying to get rid of all the chrome.

 

Plasti Dip has a tan color that is pretty close to quicksand

 

Only 5 more days until the cutting begins... been waiting on my front and rear cbi bumpers for over a month and a half now.

Grill and Rigid Industries fog lights from ebay. Light bar is from CaliRaised. Led lights from Amazon.

 

Do you happen to have color matched back bumper?

Tried to derp them but the color didn't match as well as I hoped. Ended up peeling it right back off, ocd did not like the color difference very much lol. Considering painting them with the color matched paint from automotivetouchup.com but I'm sketchy about screwing them up.

 

Did you have the "Toyota" painted?
