Uh, why wait? If you aren't going to need it until the new place go ahead and toss it in a box.

I can say from packing up my tiny little apartments worth of stuff it's worth it to start early. you don't realize how much crap you have until then. Unless of course you're hoping for the people helping you to move to do all the packing too .

Ditto. I've been packing my garage and shop for the past few weeks as I have time. It's daunting when you have lots of tools and parts. It all ends next week if I am ready or not!

I've started packing some stuff like books, movies, winter clothing but I took Wednesday through Friday off next week to really sit down and do the major packing. Reminder that Saturday the 17th is my big move if anyone is willing to help, I'm supplying pizza and beer.

Still think it's easier to pack everything sooner. I lived with a few pots/disposal stuff for a week and had an entire house packed up.

I'd hate having to spend all week packing, moving, and unpacking again. Much easier to spread it out imo

Once again work is making it a bitch for me to make it out to mod day. If i head out there tomorrow id only be able to stay 2 hours and itd be late too.

Thankfully my brother has helped me jerry rig the compressor for now. Id like it to relay to the switch eventually, but for now it is just hard wired in. Thank you garrick for giving us advice on the wiring when he made a moronic move.

I'll still be able to help with your move next saturday as its a lot closer. Ill be out there after 3pm when i get off work. If youll need the help that late.

I know someone who is selling a set of 4 factory steel wheels with sensors. He said they have less than 50 miles on them and center caps are included. $300 Let me know if anyone is interested.

Welcome! We try to do as much of our own work ourselves to save money and learn about how our trucks work. I host a mod day at my shop almost every month and we get together to help work on each other's trucks.
