    They're usually booked a year or more in advance. You can put your name on a waiting list in case any open up later due to a cancellation. That happens.

    Down side to cabins....They're all close together. Not high on the privacy scale.

    2017 ANNUAL/SPECIAL EVENTS




    MAY- Memorial Day Weekend/ SWouthern Shine Crawl- May 26th-28th.

    There will be a bounty hill sponsored by Black Mountain Offroad Adventure Area and Evarts Tourism held on May 27th for the Southern Shine Crawl. You can sign up at the Black Moutain Trailhead in Evarts. There is no entry fee. The bounty is $500 for trucks and utvs and there is a separate pot for the two classes. A drivers meeting will be held at the Black Mountain Trailhead at at 10:00am and the race will begin at 11:00am. Further details will be posted later.


    OCTOBER- Fawl Crawl is always the 3rd weekend of October.

    Everyone! Date(s) have changed. Hope you have time to change vacation dates. Black Mountain Fall Crawl will be 3rd weekend. (They say it's that weekend EVERY year, but WASN'T on the last 2 years) At any rate, new dates are the following weekend (26/27/28/29)

    I am truly sorry for the confusion. When I started planning, the Fall Crawl dates were given to me as "same weekend as last year".
